In this film, project manager Sam (Philip McGough) recruits a spectacularly qualified candidate to replace a much-valued team member. But the newcomer is a disaster. Sam then calls in HR expert Tania, who identifies the Team Role required to balance the team. By appreciating the difference between eligibility and suitability, those recruiting can look for candidates who are a perfect fit for both the functional position and the Team Roles required. As the drama unfolds, it is revealed that impressive qualifications, glowing references and dynamic interview techniques may be red herrings, concealing a Team Role mismatch.
